One o’clock in the morning, and though tired, the last thing on Poppy’s mind was sleep. Sitting in front of the fire, Poppy directed her gaze on Luke. Smiling, he leant close. “I got my wish. You are alone with me.”

“As you stated – you are a demanding man.”

“Very,” and nudging her forehead, softly Luke kissed Poppy’s nose. Closing her eyes, a soft giggle escaped Poppy as she anticipated the moment his lips would meet her’s. This moment she had thought about all evening – literally, all evening, even when Emma gently asked her about Luke, a question which Poppy quickly batted away. For now, it was her and Luke’s delicious secret. Finally, his lips met her’s, and gently they kissed before quickly his mouth crushed her lips. Wanting to be swept away in contentment, Poppy responded. Eagerly so, and trailing her hand behind his back, Poppy manoeuvred herself to be closer to him. Glad for Poppy to press against him, and wanting to be as close to her as physically possible, running his hand down her back, it rested on her waist and clasping Poppy, Luke fell back against the rug. He got what he wanted, and taking Poppy with him, gladly she pressed her body into his. Excited by Poppy’s response, pleased she had not pushed him away, resting his hands on her bottom, Luke pressed further into her, wanting, actually needing her body pressed against his.

Deeply they kissed as their hands explored, and as stirred as Luke and wanting to feel all of him – simply, wanting to feel the firmness of a male body, Poppy’s fingers stroked Luke. Firstly his neck, the contours of his throat were explored, touched and savoured, and then running her fingers along his shoulder, her palm rested momentarily before trailing along his arm. To explore Luke felt good, so good, and as his hand ran along her collarbone, Poppy gasped. Aroused, her stomach flipped and quickly her crotch throbbed. Whatever he was doing, certainly it felt thrilling, a feeling she had not experienced before. Yes, kissing him was amazing and pleasurable, but now, no, this was a new sensation for Poppy.

Suddenly she pulled back, reluctantly so, but at that very moment, Poppy had the need to look at him, study his fine features. “You are too tempting, Luke.”

“Likewise, Poppy.

His face close to hers, his fine scent caused her breath to catch – there was something so delicious about him. Playfully Luke bit her lip, “I should be getting sleep!”

“I know. How reckless of us.”

“Extremely, Mr Talton,” murmured Poppy studying him. A study, which was interrupted by Luke placing his hand on her thigh, and clasping her gown, slowly the material, ran up her leg. Thrilled by his intention, Poppy’s breath was heavy, and her body warm. Warm? No, it pulsated in heat. Frankly, Poppy wanted to cry out in excitement. Feeling a slight breeze on her leg as Luke gathered her gown up, a sigh escaped her. Aware her naked flesh
